How to be a good staff member Cool

1. Know the site owners.
2. Know each staff member.
3. Close/lock/dealte/move topics that need to be.

Be a awesome developer and if someone has a problem you have to fix it.

If the site has a problem... You get your butt on the computer and fix it !

Don't flame, introduce your self to people, congratulate people on milestones / achievements.
